What if they are fictional cats who, even in their work of fiction, just look like regular cats? Kinda like the rabbits from Watership Down...
Whatever the case, the therapist got the cats under mysterious circumstances, and I am certain that those will be discovered and relevant.

I liked that movie. Kinda freaked me out, but it was legit. But I can't think of any movies that animated cats in that way...

I haven't seen the movie either, and I was more talking about the general idea of animals that are able to think (and possibly communicate) like humans, despite not being anthropomorfic.

Ok, that was probably a self-contradiction.

Considering all the meta stuff that's been discussed this only made my head hurt slightly more.

Not sure if this is just throwing wood onto a dead thread but there HAS been a series of adverts from a milk company here in the Uk, featuring that kind of cat:

Carl Jung's idea of archetypes was mentioned in one of the voicemail messages.
Also, the password for the messages was Jung.

Just Theme Naming. I intended to name my servers after AI entities, and that doesn't hint at anything about me, except for being a nerd.
Also, the cats are brothers, are polydactyl, and she got them from a friend who was moving.
I'm saying that because we've discussed this.
