I know that there was a message on TV Tropes, and I saw another one on deviantART, but where else were the ARG's ads placed?
Apparently, slightly less weird than most of you.

We sponsored Unfiction for a week, which got some attention there. We also sent out packets (the same ones some signed up for early on) to a few different sources unsolicited to build up interest.
I smiled when the wall was built, for I knew we were creating something incredible. And I smiled when it cracked, for the world would soon see what we had wrought.
