Only two of them? They were, like, the most exciting thing! Coming out of nowhere with an fresh challenge. Simple, straightforward yet very satisfying to do. (I should probably take that to highlights now that I think about it)

I don't count Cthulhu because he was the last boss, so it's not really a Random Encounter.

Did you plan for more of them or different ones?

We planned on Sun Wukong, as Tom stated somewhere else. But one the refictionalizations and the echoes started being what was necessary to move the game along, we didn't want to give you guys any distractions.

Really glad the wall encounters were so well received, though!

Yeah, we were going to do Sun Wukong. I had his post written up and ready to go, but you guys were mired in echoes by the time we thought about doing it. So Gurt was given paperwork to fill out instead.
