Quixote want's to know more about us. Who wants to tell him stuff, and how much do you want to say? I know! if we say we are a group of people trying to become heroes and protect the world, maybe he will listen to us a lot more!

In other words, give him a very vague and idealized outline of what is happening, and tell him that we are watching him in case we need to call for the help of a great hero. Assure him that if things become bad, we will get him at once, and say that for now, staying out of trouble is the best thing he can do. Also, remind him of his Holmes books and tell him that they have a due date by which they must be returned. That should force the puppetmasters hand a bit and bring the book plot back to the fore.

And we totally need to give ourselves a badass name. :gurt:

Crud. Oh well. Guess the puppet masters have something big planned for them then. It obviously can't happen yet, though. I'm going to check the typical return time for books from Seattle libraries just to see when he will return them, in case it ever becomes important.

According to my info, he has twenty-one days from time of loan to return. That's a pretty long time. I'm pretty damn sure that the plot will have moved past the books by the twenty-sixth, so guess I can't force the plot forward with the return time after all. Oh well, it was worth a shot.

He's bought The Complete Sherlock Holmes, as well as his own book. I tried to get him to buy a Poirot novel but I sent the tweet too late.

EDIT: Scratch that, he's bought Murder on the Orient Express.

EDIT 2: The copy of his book he purchased was also blank. I've suggested he ask someone to read it to him.

EDIT 3: No joy. He sees the blank book as part of "this whole test" and thinks asking someone else to read it would be "cheating".

Looks like he'll be spending the whole day reading his two books. I guess that means he won't be getting into any trouble today. Let's hope.

Guys, I think we need Quixote and Holmes to meet. They'll have the greatest argument.

Going by his tweets, the Don isn't too impressed with Holmes.

One day, slendy... one day...

Anyhow, anyone got any theories on how Don gets to Boston, or how WE get him there? We seem to be operating the assumption hat we are going to have a big team up of all the good characters, after all...
