Tara Coulson.

Here's my post from earlier...

Jopalopa wrote:Hey. I just thought of something. (And yes, I literally just signed up to tell you this.)

We know the girl is a waitress, right? And Don Quixote is in Seattle.

Remember Tara Coulson? She's a waitress at Arby's. And she gave the address on her Arby's in her blog. And I checked - there's an actual Arby's at that address. In Seattle.

WMG - the Girl Quixote is chasing is Tara Coulson. - /WMG.

Am I awesome or what? :gurt:

And for the record, I told Tara there's a medieval knight who has the hots for her. I probably sound like a nutjob.

Jopalopa, you rock so hard, man. :gurt: :gurt:
We still need an official confirmation, but that makes too much sense to be disproven.

I thought it had been confirmed by Quixote himself surely that's enough for us to look on. It also seems like she is being stalked my more than one person but there's no definite proof that Tripky is one of the two.

Edit: I looked up the name's of two people she says had been stalking her, Jeff Hope, is prehaps by concidence a name of a serial killer on Sherlock. I couldn't find anything on the other guy, Mann but she does mention that it wasn't his real name anyway.

Edit 2x: Just noticed that on one of the older posts on Tara's blog, she says that Mann has been contacting her thinking she has his phone or knows where it is. So he could actually be Tripky.

So Don mentioned that he wanted to figure out where the woman in the pictures worked. He's also confirmed that she is Tara Coulson. In Tara's blog, she mentions working at Arby's. Should we tell Don to go to Arby's to look for her? Of course, there might be multiple Arby's locations in that area, and we don't know which one to direct him to. Even so, is this something we should mention to our errant knight?

I know it'll likely move the plot forward, but I'm still wary about sending Don to Tara via a could-be-a-stalker's phone...

Oh wait, she does list an address for her workplace in one post. So if we decided that we did want to send Don to her, we could. But we still have to decide whether to do it in the first place.

Are you sure she won't take Don's... eccentricities the wrong way? That's what I want to know. How is getting them to meet a good thing in any way?

It's not, if they meet some sort of travesty will occur, but that appears to be where the plot is going.

Yes, that's what I was afraid of. Fine. The Plot Must Go On, and all that rot, but I'll be cringing the entire time, I'm sure.

If we are to tell Quixote, we have to be sure Tripky doesn't find out or go with him. Since he knows Quixote's twitter we could send him a direct message so Tripky won't see it.

How? Don's twitter is the only way we have to contact him.

Direct message is twitters private messages.

Sorry about that, should've explained that's what I meant.

Still, I guess we just have to wait until Quixote comes back online to see whether or not he will read Coulson's blog, before we make a decision to tell him.

That's clearly important, but I checked the dates. That post is made on freaking 12th of July, and Don Quixote appeared at the end of September. I don't think the phone could lie "on the side of the road" for that long.

She doesn't say he's lot the phone so he could easily have lost it in between.

By the way, if any GMs are reading this, Quixote's suppose to be tweeting from an iPhone but all his tweets say they were done via web. Bit of a plot hole there...

Maybe he is using an iPhone to type via the web. Quixote is not exactly tech-savvy. :)

A valid point.
Normal people are the easiest to manipulate. Too smart and they have an annoying tendency to catch wind of your plans, too dumb and, in the words of a certain pirate, "You can never tell when they are about to do something incredibly...stupid."

Of all the possible websites he could look at, what is the possibilty of Tripky leaving twitter open on safari, especially when there's a twitter app. There's no way I'll believe Quixote found the website himself.
