The only plausible way I can see that happening would be if the iPhone was left for him by someone. Possible I guess.

I thought that too. That would also explain the owner's reluctance to find it. That leaves the question of who.

I'm starting to think there is a person or group of people who know about the wall and the fictites and is manipulating them.

I asked Don if he knew the names of the man who owned the phone or the lady he is in love with, but did not get the results I desired. But he ensures us that we'll be told the names as soon as he knows them. So that's something.

Theory: The lady that Don sees in the phone is the therapist who owns the cats. No particular reason. It'll just connect a few dots and keep there from being loads and loads of characters.

Could be Cinderella.

A couple episodes later, the guy has been creating spam threads in the cat section trying to sell us drugs, with the kicker being one where the OP was
