Makes sense, they all report back to him on a semiregular basis regarding their fictional owners activities, which is how meganeko knows so much. He then uses this vast wealth of incredible knowledge that we could all totally use to... play pranks and occasionally tell us riddles.

I made it ages ago, it never really went anywhere. Feel free to revive it for our current discussion. (Though maybe it should be moved to the metaneko section if we're going in the direction it looks like we are.)

So a schizophrenic frequented TV Tropes, he didn't understand xkcd, and he enjoyed Homestuck.... on drugs. Great.

In fact, wasn't it the books and all the reading and BEING quite intelligent that MADE on go nuts in the first place? Too much knowledge, not enough sleep. (Huh, one kind of has to wonder if the sixteenth century had some unhealthy anti-intelligence ideas floating about there. Meh, probably not. Just me being paranoid.)
