As someone versed in Oz canon... she's only alive for most of the first book, so... not enough data? Even in that book, it's unclear whether she's after Dorothy out of revenge for her sister, or because she just wants the silver shoes.

We're screwed on sooo many levels.
Maybe we'll convince her to fight Cthulhu, too (I'm not a fan of making them do that, but Morgana has agreed, so why the hell not). But now, we have an actual witch running around. Brace yourselves.

Not to mention that reality is on the verge of collapse.

And as for what animal the witch should try to turn Sicon in, well, she doesn't stand a chance at success. But hypothetically speaking, she should obviously try to turn him into a polydactyl cat. And if she doesn't want me to destroy her-- armed as I am with a hefty list of nasty ways to defeat people like her straight from Oz-canon-- then she should obviously try to turn him into a puppy.
