Two options. Try to persuade him into accepting to go back or pushing him farther down his current path.
Frist one seems the correct, but it may take some serious manipulation to accomplish.

No. If she's "nagging" him already, telling her would make her move into his dorm... Wait, is that a bad thing?
Romeo, we can't tell you what to do. But the thing is, you know full well that we all correspond with both of you and we know your eyes are looking somewhere other than for Juliet. You avoid her and you block her, so of course she would worry. You don't feel the relationship is worth fighting for, at least tell her so before deciding it's over.

I say set them up to go somewhere together with all discussion of their situation ABSOLUTELY BANNED. Tell them that they are getting too worried and need to relax or something. Come up with a great way to spend some time. Amusement park or something. Once we make Juliet stop nagging, then we can slowly begin to guilt him by implying that Juliet might just be a little scared of the place she has found herself, since she isn't as attuned to it as he is. Then we manipulate Juliet into blatantly saying as much to his face shortly thereafter.
More or less that plan, modified constantly to keep up with events. It's a good starting point though.

...Yup, that's about par for the course.

You aren't even surprised anymore, are you? That's kinda sad for me...
