Counter manipulations have begun. I'll work on something to get this guy the hell out of our hair. For the time being, continue as planned. It's likely the GMs will just ignore the troll anyhow so as to not ruin the game.
Normal people are the easiest to manipulate. Too smart and they have an annoying tendency to catch wind of your plans, too dumb and, in the words of a certain pirate, "You can never tell when they are about to do something incredibly...stupid."

Just in case, I say we get a second opinion from Mr. A. He appears to be just a troll but you never know.

Oh trust me, he's a troll. Go ahead if you want to, though. I could always be wrong.

We each of our own opinions as to what Romeo should be doing, but we are letting him make his own decision, and not forcing the matter by upsetting Juliet.

Stop feeding the trolls, everyone. Just ignore any posts he makes until he realizes he isn't getting any fun here.

OK, as Pixie would say, I've activated "Witch Hunter Mode". Much zinging and sarcasm ensued.

You realize you're breaking your own advice. Seriously, it's a lot more dangerous to fight him on Juliet's blog then it is here. We've said our peace. We told Juliet not to trust this guy. It's up to her to decide whether to listen to us. By fighting over there, we accomplish nothing more than to further confuse her. Just please, let him have the last word. He can do no real damage.

The idea is to confuse the hell out of her so that she cannot act on the information until my plans for Romeo go into action.

Or you could be further upsetting her, sending her into such a rage that she acts immediately and any plans you have for Romeo become moot.

If she is to trust is, we must present ourselves as if everything's cool. By arguing with the troll, you send a message that he could possible be right and we are losing control. Knock it off before things get worse.

It doesn't matter what they do, the GMs aren't gonna decide to derail the plot because of a troll.

Why not bother with him? Doing so will derail the plot no more than ignoring him will so there's no problem with doing either.

Do you not remember what happened with the witch? She didn't take too kindly to us fighting each other on her blog, and in the end, it lead her straight to the forum. Juliet's not evil, but she tends to get emotional. There is some room for error in this game. We must tread carefully.

And how has the witch reading the forum had a negative impact?

Meta: She's run by someone involved in the ARG, she was already reading the forum.

It's certainly changed the way we interact with her. We all had to drop our guises and personas and admit to her what we've really been doing. And I do realize this is just a game, we do want to maintain some sense of illusion. I'm just warning you that this kind of behavior has had some impact on the game. Don't just assume that your actions can do nothing. That could be more harmful than anything.

People interact with her how they choose to. If anything, it had a positive impact. We suspected she was reading the forum, nkw we know she is.

Shame I missed this Witch Hunt. But, seems like things will work out witout bigger problems. Unless the plot demands the bigger problems.
