So instead of Zup being the 'manly man' I get to be the manly man XD? After all, a few year(s) isn't much a difference! But seriously, for now I think just some encouragement would do, we don't want her to develop an online crush or something like that.

Well, she fails the half plus seven rule hard for anyone who's 15 (rounding down) or over. So I think we shouldn't go there, to avoid the squick.

Also, kinda impressed by her outburst. She's gotten really, really pissed, even moreso than she ever gets in the play (as I remember. It's been awhile since I read it).

Hell, that was a nice rant. Especially the all caps bit there. Juliet has just seriously impressed me. Anyhow, I don't think I should post for the moment. Things are going just as I have predicted, but my original plan is now blown to pieces for various reasons, mainly the fact that most of this stuff happened while I was asleep and before I could set the stage correctly. You guys are doing just fine for now, so I'll wait for a bit to make my move.

Perhaps shortly I will post with an explanation of the situation to Juliet, just so she knows how much Romeo's stupidity just screwed him over.

Lord knows she deserves it. Far more than Romeo, at any rate.

Yea. I warned the moron of what the situation was, but did he listen? NOOOOO HE KNOWS.... IT'S JUST A HARMLESS LITTLE BUNNY ISN'T IT?

OK, I think Monty Python took over my mind for a second there... The point is I am rather mad at Romeo and I am going to make it VERY clear to him just how screwed he is...

Not sure that was the advice she needed, but every little bit helps. Also, you guys MAY not want to make Juliet cut off communications. Now you are just making it hard on yourselves later when we inevitably need to get them out of here.

When the time comes, we'll still be able to communicate with each of them, even if they can't communicate with each other. Perhaps we don't really need them together to send them back. We can send them back separately if need be, and they'll never have to get back together once they're there. For the time being, we need to focus on keeping Juliet from killing herself, or Romeo, or Vanessa. Her emotional state should be the focus here. If a clean break is what she needs, then that is what she should get. This can always be reversed later.

Besides, they're in the same place. It's not like they'd be able to avoid each other for good.

No but it's going to be a hell of a lot harder to get Romeo especially to do anything when we don't have someone around to convince him in the real world. They are easier to manipulate as a group than together. Besides, if we cannot screw over Romeo's relationship with Vanessa ASAP, we are going to be playing "evil families" just like we were planning, just with a different couple. Romeo is going to totally over-react and do something insane to try and stay here, because that's just his character. If we don't want him violently resisting, we need to ruin all chance at a relationship on this side of the wall. Besides, I'm pissed off and vindictive right now...

Goldude - I laughed a little when I saw your post. Everything else had been "here's some advice" followed by relationship stuff, and then you go and give an explanation on how to clean a computer.

Nice and unexpected. Very much of a funny Hilariously Missing the Point, even intentionally.

Yea, but I will be a little more satisfied. And I also might be able to get him to overreact FOR us instead of against us.

Romeo's updated. He's unrepentant and actually feels pretty good about himself. What a jerk.

How do we handle this? I'm afraid I've got nothing but sour words.

Use the power of passive aggressiveness. Besides, I don't NEED to insult the guy. I'd rather go for hammering into his head just how screwed he is POLITELY. That way he can't really lash out at me or at anyone else and he just gets stuck with the knowledge that he f*cked up.

I'd rather use the direct route. I'm not about to sugar coat or beat around the bush. He needs to know just how messed up he is behaving right now. I won't insult him, but I do want to guilt trip him to death. Not only has he broken a girl's heart, but he's pretty much just doomed reality, and he should know. He should feel bad about what he has done.
