Good point. I think our main goal should be damage control on that front; so long as he's not working with them, we'll be fine.
Our earlier approach clearly didn't work.

How about this: First, we don't comment until it's clear that Juliet, the intended recipient, sees his blog. Since we don't want to give the Cabal time to get to him, that means directing her to it.
Second, we comment showing our support of Romeo, approval of his maturity and responsibility, and support for his relationship with Vanessa. This includes affirming that we'll help him stay here with her-- if it comes to lying, then we'll do that, but I don't think it will have to come to that.
Third, after it's clear he feels he can trust us-- and, hopefully, by this time he and Jules will be friends-- we'll mention that there are some people who don't want to let ANY of the fictionals go back-- and while this might sound nice for him, he knows how terrible that would be for his good platonic friend Juliet. And we'll ask him to help us work against them to give everyone the CHOICE of staying here or going back.
(If possible, maybe he could even be our spy to the Cabal. But that might be a little beyond his scope.)
And fourth, we'll use my above plan (i.e., if he still loves Vanessa or another real-world girl by the time it's time to send them back, we introduce him to Cinderella) to prevent him from actually wanting to stay in the end.

Sure, go for it. Nothing worse can really happen. He already has us backed into a no win situation. I gave him the honest truth about what we can do for him and what we can't. Hope he is int he right mindset to listen this time.

I think you should hold off on that. First make him feel that we support him. His love for Vanessa will probably waver without any help from us; save that for if you need it, so we don't lose his trust again too soon. His trust might be the most important one to have in this game, to prevent him from going to the Cabal.

Seeing as I've already made it clear about eight times on his blog already that pulling Vanessa over or letting him stay is almost certainly NOT an option, that's not gonna work. I'm just going to be totally honest with him for the moment. If he doesn't like it, I have back up plans, most of which include Juliet. As long as he has her int he general area, there will always be an emergency backup. Besides, I'm not too worried about him joining the Cabal. He can't exactly add anything to it except to do really hotheaded things that screw over the plans of everyone involved. We are already dealing with Moriarty and Lefey. Romeo isn't gonna make things worse, at least by any real measure.

If that's your decision, we'll try our best to understand and accept it. But please, do try to talk to Juliet to leave no misunderstandings and to Vanessa too, so she knows your plans to stay with her.

But since the jury is still out on how to proceed I'll refreain from posting for now...

I was wondering why you did that. Is this a bad place to ask how the Alternative to Sending them Back plan is working? I mean, if they all stay here reality is going to collapse and everything, so they may not survive anyway.

So far things are looking promising, just like before. Mr. A seems willing to consider a deal where we send the characters to appropriate universes, and the Meta-Verse model still holds strong. I sincerely doubt that Mr. A would condone something as crazy as sending a real person over the wall, if it is even possible, and it wold probably result in death anyway, so sending Vanessa with him is almost surely out.

Though it would be nice if someone could talk to Mr. A on the subject. I'd like to hear what he has to say...

And QXZenith, good job trying to fix things, but you let it slip that he's a FICTIONAL. I think we were trying to keep that tidbit from him. We do not know how he'd react to that information. But I guess it's too late now. Maybe he'll ignore it.

Also, I just reread my comment-- it's only implied that he and Juliet are fictionals; I mentioned "him, Juliet, and other fictionals"-- they could be a separate but similar group of people.
If he does take issue with it, that's the explanation I'm going to go with, and blame ambiguous grammar for the confusion.

His world is Verona. He doesn't know that he's a character in a play. He knows that he's no longer in the world he once knew. But now you've clued him in.

Guys as I said before if Romeo joins them, we gain a possible treasure trove of information. If he doesn't join he won't be hurt at all. Lets just explain the story from the Cabal's side of things. They will most likely turn him. But Romeo is an idiot. He will let things slip and we will gain the information. And even if he is destroyed remember guys, fictional. He isn't a real person, even now most people want nothing more than to send him back to his world. And in his world he dies anyway. So either way it is a win win situation.

Why am I being so heartless about this? Because we have a super powered witch who fought basicly the magical King of England and his half demon best friend and twelve knights. The original evil genius. The Phantom of the Opera. And whoever the fourth guy is (I can't remember but my guess is that he is equally badass) We need to be able to one up them. Romeo is the one way we can keep a step ahead of them. Think about it.
