Pretty gutsy move starting work there Mr. Romeo.

Also, if anyone cares I am Julius. I highly doubt it matters though.

I had noticed. Out of interest, who is your friend Nero?

He is not my friend and IDK who he is. Just a troll maybe.

He originally had Nero and so I decided to do Julius because I am a fan of the Roman Empire and Nero reminded me of that however...

1. He acts like a jerk.
2. He is a troll and posts random crap on the blogs.
3. He picked a shitty excuse for an emperor as his name.

I don't have any respect for that man.

As you may have noticed, I had similar contempt for his rubbish name. I also like the Roman Empire. He really is a jerk, isn't he?

New post from Romeo.
He says thanks for the support, and seems really serious with Vanessa...
and asks us to hurry up on getting Juliet home.
Um. How do we respond to that? We haven't got a go-ahead on Jules yet....
Why are we even arguing about a dead fictional dude and hypothetical ninjas?

Can we be honest with him? Can we tell him that although we know how we can send her home, we still need an echo from her? That all we're waiting on is for a mysterious suited man to tell us that we have all the echoes from her that we need? I was going to tell him that myself, but thought maybe I should wait until we get a consensus.

The issue is that they leave echoes TOGETHER, so we need to send them back TOGETHER, confirmed by Mr. A on the Q&A thread for Layar.

Furthermore, Mr. A has confirmed we cannot add outside objects or people into our stories. It weakens them, and will probably make them fail. Therefore, Vanessa is probably out. Yeah, this is gonna be troublesome...

Romeo certainly reacted... strongly to Wacky's post. Which made me go back and re-read EXACTLY what he said about sending Juliet back in this new blog entry, and THAT got me suspicious, and thinking...

So I have a CRAZY plan, which I have begun to put into action. I'm not going into detail here, in case it goes horribly wrong, but if you NEED to know about what I'm doing, then find me in the chatroom.

Oh, and I'm all for honesty, but there's ways and ways. "You have to go back" clearly doesn't get the desired response, but "You should do what's best for you" sounds nice, while MEANING "if you stay you and everyone will die a horrible explodey death so going back is the best thing for you and that's what you should do".

Okay, so here's what Romeo said in response to my comment:

Romeo wrote:No. I won’t go back with her. I can’t go back with her!

Is it just me, or is he less concerned about losing his bros, Vanessa, and all the modern conveniences of this world, and more concerned with going back with one particular person? Because if so, maybe we can have it arranged that he and Juliet can return to different stories. Should we take this to A?

I believe we could have them both go back to Verona in a story where we do not tie them to be together. But I don't think we can return return them into separate stories, as Mr. A has said that their fate is intertwined enough to make them share echoes.

Juliet mentioned that he looks sad every time they meet. I think he feels guilty. And that's what keeps my inner shipper going. :) I think we may still send them together. It's how stories like this work, dammit!

I've been thinking along the same lines. Every time I analyse what he says about Juliet in his blog from the post telling the Cabal to go to hell onwards, I keep coming out with the same result: he still loves her, at least a little. That makes it harder for him, maybe, because he ALSO loves Vanessa. Or thinks he does.

Unless he's playing us better than I think, I'm pretty sure I know what he's up to.
and... we MAY be able to swing this in our favour.
His Batman Gambit is really putting my paranoia into overdrive, so ask me in private chat if you need to know my theory.
(Otherwise... it should be pretty obvious.)

Guys... Didn't that Sound Like A Good Idea At The Time? :?
Also, it was totally my suggestion. I only didn't post it because it was Out Of Character for my chatspeak-persona.

Won't that actually make him more open to discussion, if we think about it? It puts him on the same terms as us, and, well, now it's our Troper knowledge against his. Now we can apply trope logic in his arguments. I think that's awesome. :gurt:

Also, Adell, for some reason your new avatar gives off a similar vibe. :|
