That could explain why the number isn't working. We just have to wait for them to activate it.

Ok, I'll be writing here as I go. Everything will be in a list, just because I like lists. :gurt:
  1. The characters he mentions:
    1. "The kid in green on trial, he's from neverland" - I'm not sure who he is talking about (I mean, we didn't get to see him), but I guess that's Peter Pan, right?
    2. "The one with the scars is the Phantom" - I have no idea who that is, but I'm sure he was mentioned around here. Google says it's a comic book character.
    3. "The one in the dress is arthur's sister" - Morgan Le Fay, or Morgana. As I said, shit.
  2. The characters threatened him, too - this time in person - "The first day I held my sign". Creepo. :)
  3. He thinks the reason for the wall's decay is "ancient witchcraft" or a Freak Lab Accident.
  4. "JANE MACGONAGLE IS RIGHT WHY WONT YOU LISTEN TO HER" - As I said, it would be appropriate if he meant her.
  5. There is an image with alt-text "DONT LOOK" after the paragraph about the Lovecraftian Horrors. It is hosted on that site itself, so it does not show up in cache. We need to log in to see it.
  6. "I've searched through the network. There is one other who is trying to lead a charge, but he is a pawn." Who? Joe? Joe's channel was mentioned in his rant before, so probably not. Then who?
  7. He thinks killing Mr. A will resolve the situation, probably because there's No Onthological Inertia.
  8. "I think I've located one of the suited man's minions. I saw them talking through a screen. He probably knows how to get to him. He knows what the key is." Whoa! How did I miss THAT? My bet it's somebody from Echo Chamber. Probably Mark.
  9. (714) 242-5658 is that "minion"'s number. For some reason, I thought it was Mr. A's.

So, this Tinfoil Hat loon is trying to get in touch with someone from Echo Chamber IRL at least since 29th of September (that's when the page was cached).
That's about it.

Oh, and

This.
If the number gets activated, I ask everyone who calls to record their conversation.

The phantom could be the phantom of the opera.

Also, you should add that Never and I have narrowed down that number's location to Santa Ana California. I'm not really familiar with Echo Chamber, but did any of the characters have ties to California? Vacation homes? Relatives? Anything?

As for the identity of the minion, how about the guy in this video? Skip to the end if you like. He's seen talking to Mr. A on a screen, out in public where anyone can see him. He seems very minion-y.

I kept forgetting to mention this guy... It's possible, but the only thing we know is that he talked to Mr. A. That's at least 3 men (Tom, Mark and that guy).

Meta-wise, it may not point to a relevant location, but I'll try to dig the EC crew a little.

Mark sent the packages from:
P.O. Box 13688, Chesapeake, VA 23325.

Understood. What approximately was the date of sending, and what was the date that site was posted?

I'm pretty sure now the phantom is the p of the opera. He has a scar, and it could be him on the comic cover. Morgana could also be the woman on the cover.

That's my pet theory, currently. In addition, I think that Morgana is Oberon and possibly Pyramus is the Phantom.

The packages were sent (and received by some) on 24th, give or take a day. The site was last cached on 29th. I assume after that it was password-protected. So it may have been up before that date.

BTW: I'm now rewatching the Tyrant Takes The Helm EC episode, and only now I've realized that their intro is being all multi-layered. :gurt:

Meaning it was unlikely that the person was talking about Mark unless he just flew out to VA and immediately sent the packages from there.

Unfortunately, the times do not seem to add up. I think Mark should drop on our list of likely candidates.

Then that leaves Tom and Dana. I've watched it recently, and I can't remember anyone else talking to Mr. a on a screen.

We've seen one other person speak to Mr. A on a screen in EC, and there is likely many others. The minion could be somebody we haven't even been introduced to yet.

And she says he, so that narrows it down to Tom.

EC is shot in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania.
(They are probably thinking "OK, guys, now you're just being creepy" :D )

There's no info on the Tyrant (black guy in the corresponding episode).
