Our friendly neighborhood psychiatrist tweeted that she was having lunch at "Anthony's at the Waterfront". Mr. A almost immediately confirmed it as an echo.

There are several different Anthony's at the Waterfront in Boston, but one of them has an address of 252 Commercial Street, which is right on the corner of... Fleet Street. (And it's also just down the way of La Summa, the restaurant where Joan lost her notebook.)

I'll keep this post updated as new information comes in.

I think it's Anthony's Cafe on the Waterfront, at the corner of Commercial and Fleet st.

I will add it to the map.

My godparents know this restaurant well and really like it so expect the next echo page in a few hours.

Yeah, that's strange. Was she using BB on her blog as a code, but really calling him Todd? Or was it a slip of the tongue, based on what we/Poirot have mentioned to her, which explains his rather... disturbing facial expression and her abrupt end to the session?

I think she may have done that on purpose, actually...

She may have been trying to get him to react so she could get data for the theory that he was identifying with Todd.
