I'll check and see if my friends/classmates will let me use their smartphone, or possibly get them to do it for me! :D I'll start asking around.

Oh I KNEW it was going to be down the other end of the country to me! :(

Still at least Zup can get there. GO ZUP!

So a friend and I are heading there tomorrow, and she's got a smart phone. :D

Once you get there click on the i info button at the bottom of the Layar app and expand the radius to its maximum to make sure you can see the hotspot. You can then look at the map to get the exact location and click on it to get the link. Once at the exact location use the camera mode and pan around until you are able to see the "floating head" on the screen and then use the action button to take a picture. If it is like the Chicago echo you will have to send that screenshot to them to unlock the page. Good luck!

Wear the mantle with pride, Zup, and do the British tropers proud. Succeed, and we shall adopt you as an honourary British dude.

I believe we have found the evolutionary ladder of tropers:

Troper -> Metaguard -> Meta-Knight -> Batman. :twisted:

I've agreed to make him honorarily British if he succeeds :D

When he comes to visit, I may even get him a British style hat to commemorate the occasion.

Did you see the comic?
You should've saved the URL, no?

I saw the comic. I was with a friend, and it wasn't my phone. Didn't save the URL. Mr. A said that as soon as I accessed it, he would make it available, so I didn't save the URL.

Can you describe the comic? And/or is it in your history?

No, it was my friend's phone. It was Sherlock, picking the lock at the Waterstone's. I remember there being a hair dryer for some reason. Because my friend was in a hurry, I didn't get to see much. I figured that accessing it was good enough.

It's up.

And FYI, that comic looks nothing like King's Cross. Platform 9 3/4 is its own little section with a Waterstone's next door. And the doors to the Waterstone's are clear glass. Another example of fiction messing with reality?

I'm confused, what exactly is he doing?

Using a bunch of random household objects to MacGuyver up a lockpick and break in.

The graffiti on the wall resembles Mr. A, which makes this the second time he's shown up in an Echo, the first being the author picture on the book Romeo picks up in the library.

Hm, he gets around, doens't he?

Okay Zup, you are now officially an honourary British person. Let the tea drinking of celebration COMMENCE!

*Salutes you to the National Anthem*
