Pan's lawyer wrote:So, the prosecution claims the audio was "lost" on the evidence that was provided to them. I'm not sure how this is possible.

You have received something which will allow you to determine the true nature of your situation. You are in danger. Now is not the time to give up.

I regret that I cannot tell you who I am. I am alone in this gesture, but there are others who would help if given an excuse. Seek out their help now, right away. They will help you find what is hidden.

Pan on the Run wrote:Um. Hey guys, this is Pan's Attorney. The previous post was a joke, and should not be construed by the prosecution as further evidence of his insanity.

This is Pan's attorney. I'd like to thank you all for your help and support so far. We've got a long trial ahead of us, but already you have been an enormous help.

Short update. Nothing really useful. But I figured I'd post it anyway, maybe something might come up if we show we're paying attention to this plotline.

Pan here. So uh...does that happen often at Pitt's law school? Because.. ew. Awkward.

Wait, what? Should I just ask what's happening?

[player]: I don't think you mentioned what happened. So, what was it?

Pan On The Run: I don't want to talk about it. Adults are stupid.

[player commenting on his post about the pheeble locator]: Dear Peter, my colleagues and I have determined the nature of this device-- it points to seven statues of yourself around the world: Sefton Park, Liverpool, United Kingdom; Johnson Park, Camden, New Jersey, United States; Kensington Gardens, London, United Kingdom; Queens Garden, Perth, Western Australia; Bowring Park, Newfoundland, Canada; Egmont Park, Brussels, Belgium; and Glenn Gould Park, Toronto, Ontario, Canada. These may be the "soft places" Tink was referring to. I know it's not much help until after we've gotten your trial out of the way (and you acquitted), but still-- it's good to know it's less of a mystery now, right?

Pan On The Run: Someone suggested the soft places were echoes. Do you think one of my echoes are there? Could you check it out for me?

Commenting on the above:

Pan On The Run: Tink said all the soft places should be identical, so you will only need to find one of them... but still, I'd like to know.

New Update
I don't know why, but every time that prosecutor is involved, the court goes completely bonkers. It's like the logic of law becomes warped.

Pan On The Run wrote:My client claims he has had an altercation with the Prosecutor while we were at the Municipal Court. I wish he hadn't run off on me -- I had to explain to him that I can't use his testimony without a witness to collaborate.

Comment on the post:

Pan On The Run wrote:Er, Corroborate. Sorry, it has been a long day.

Mr. A has confirmed this as an echo.

Pan's Facebook has updated, the attorney is asking for help in analyzing the second video, otherwise it will be admitted or something like that.

Pan On The Run wrote:Hi team, Pan's Defense Attorney here.
Things are getting pretty tense - I've moved for a stay of proceedings over Thanksgiving so we can examine the second piece of video footage more closely, but the judge has only given us a couple of days. If we can't show that the video of Pan and that kid on the bridge has been fooled around with then it'll be admitted as first shown.
Can you help out? I'm hopeless with technology!

Currently, unless someone else is up to reassembling the video, Dryu said he'd try his hand at it.

In response to Jane Locke's link to the reassembled footage:

Pan On The Run: Oh my god! This is just what we need. I'll tender the new edit as evidence first thing tomorrow morning, it should buy us some more time. Thank you so much.

One last little quote from Pan on his facebook:

"You know that place between sleep and awake, the place where you can still remember dreaming? That’s where I’ll be waiting."
