About Brad...

So, as I've said elsewhere, I did not take any of that personally, I was laughing my head off, but I still have to ask...

Why did Qrad happen? What was the thought process behind that? Was it just to be funny/random, on the assumption that I'd take it in the right spirit? Was it planned to do that with someone, in order to advance Brad's plot development?
Because I am still mindscrewed by the whole thing.

Something else I was wondering about... There were these posts from Brad on Tara's blog with pictures. Why did you pretend like someone was cut out of the first picture when you just could've taken another pic? Also, what was the second pic for, with just Brad on it? I saw on the Timeline that it was sequence breaking, but maybe you just wanted him on the character page that badly

Ben's not around, so I'll fill in what I know--someone was cut out of the pic, and it was far easier to use an existing picture of Christine Marie with her real brother than get another. I'm not sure they live in the same place.

I think it was like...a parent or relative or friend who was at that actual graduation.

Qrad was something that I did off the top of my head. It was just meant be be a bit, maybe a running gag, but then people actually started thinking "What if it's the GM and it's creepy?" and I was like yeah okay no. They're getting the wrong idea, change of plans. Let's use it as character development for Brad and how he would latch onto anyone even slightly similar to his lost love.

And when Brad ended it, I actually talked to you in that chat as Simon, Qara, not giving myself away of course, trying to basically say "You know, I seriously doubt there's anything creepy behind it, and, you know, it's not like he really exists so don't feel bad". I never know what's gonna hurt someone's feelings, and in case it had somehow, that was my attempt to smooth it over without revealing that Simon = me. But I'm happy you understood the nature of it. It was gag turned character development, no hard feelings, awesome.

As for the speculation of "What if the GM is flirting with her too this way", no, I'm sorry. Not that you're not awesome, but that wasn't my intention.

On an unrelated note entirely, if you or any of the other lady players are ever in RI, hit me up. ... That's a joke too, shut up.

I assumed you were going to, and since Nick Marie let us use his picture, it was my way of going 'poke poke use this, he's graciously letting us'.
