I mean, sure, he does sound kind of creepy, and the way he tals about her in past tense suggests she's dead... Still, maybe my perspective is scewed by something here, but is talking to a dead loved one via videos on youtube really any different from writing letters and burning them, so dead relatives can read them in heaven? Or even putting flowers on a grave?

Whatever the case, I do find myself wondering who he is...

I am sure I've already said this somewhere on this forum but as a friend of mine would say "shy bairns get nowt". And agreed, it's entirely possible that it is his phone. That kind of coisncidence right now would not surprise me in the least.

I think I'll need to analyze the videos... I can't decide where to work next! Everything has snowballed...

Yeah, it's getting really overcrowded in our heads lately. Maybe we need to run a careful eye over pretty much every video we have so far and see what we can find. I wonder how many more videos there might be out there...

Ok. I did my usual routine - frame-by-frame and sound analysis. What has really surprised me is the unusually low noise level. VERY low, especially in the hummingbird video. When amplified, the empty parts of the caterpillar video do contain the nature sounds.
The second video is more cryptic. There is a last bit that seems to be stitched on - on a glance, it doesn't have noise at all. When amplified, however (I used a freaking 35 dB amplification), it sounds like... I have no idea. A woman's voice?
EDIT: Attached the sound here. I keep forgetting that the forum can do that.
I think I'll examine the mermaid video's sound as well.

And one more thing. Have you actually seen a hummingbird there?

Jesus this guy has some serious issues. That voice is gonna give me nightmares. And I think I can see a small black dot moving in the video which could be the hummingbird.

EDIT: Thanks for finding that voice at the end, something else to keep me up at night.

When you look back Tom also tweeted Joe's videos before people really started to notice them. These are probably significant in some way as well.

I wasn't here for the past +12 hours. So, what is this? I am confused. Should I subscribe into his channel? And add him to the useful links?

No idea. I did subscribe, as well as some other 7 guys. I guess we have to wait until he posts some other creepy stuff.
UPD: The mermaid video is pretty normal. And the noise level is about what I'd expect from a video like that. Some woman and kid's voices are in the background, but they are pretty mundane (and indiscernible).
