I like how Joe is currently on the run for fear of his life bein in danger, yet found the time to go for a hair cut.

People on the run always change their appearence. Look at Fugitive, Harrison Ford had to shave his beard and dye his hair.

Also, his previous haircut didn't really scream 'revolutionary' or 'defender of reality' or anything like that. The shorter cut is more badass. It's probably meant to be symbolic or something... either that or the barber misunderstood the instruction of 'half an inch off'.

Nope. We call him the unsmiler, because the cat did. Mr. A doesn't. Also, he does smile. Watch the Mind Screw episode, after he desintegrates the Gurt guy. " :) He was right, it is a funny sound"

I'm ready to buy that there's more than one of him anyway ("it's a good job we too are infinite") so it COULD still be a different version of him, or something. All those Instantinatious did seem to have quite different perosnalities, so they're not just thoughtless clones, one of them could be working against us. They also called him father...

I'm still a fan of the whole 'shadow archetypes of the characters running around deliberately causing trouble' theory...

Maybe the Evil Mr. A theory is right, and the one we see talking to Zack is this one.

According to EC's trope page, that instantiation is also the one in charge of the Echo Chamber experiment.
But, well, even if Mr. A's instantiation is the Big Bad, he still needs henchmen. And we come back to the letters and recordings...

I don't really like that idea though. Bad storytelling. We know cAke Prime can control under cAkes, so it doesn't make sense to have a cAke shadow acting aganist us. If Prime is the one aganist us, why recruit the......

 If Prime is aganist reallity and the wall. The lesser cAkes are hijacking the control and guiding us to stop cAke Prime.

...Huh. Well just when I thought I'd had my fill of crazy theorises that stop me sleeping for the night.

Okay so maybe there isn't a Shadow of cAke running around, maybe the void is completely seperate from fiction AND reality. But I'd still be willing to suspect there are archetypes of the CHARACTERS running about. I mean many of them already HAD an opposite number. In a way Moriarty is Sherlock's Shadow, Dorothy is the Witch's...

The Opposing force is angry, because we support Joe. And maybe because their presence is not being acknowledged or maybe they had the nerve to BLAME Joe for pulling them into out world when he's innocent.

We have a Ragtag Bunch of Misfits army, and 11 badass characters.

If we have a battle on our hands, an actual physical one, we should have no problem, as Misfits usually win.

The Cat will keep them distracted. Holmes can box them, singlestick them, fence them, wrestle them, and beat them with a hunting crop. Romeo can keep on fencing them. Lime Man will be attacking them with Lime Based Weapons. Sweeney will cut their throats or set traps, Gulliver and Silver will hold them off when cutlasses and pistols, and finally, Don Quixote will start fighting like a knight. Hopefully.

Sorry, somehow, I keep on thinking this will culminate in the world's biggest free for all fight.

Though we can't honestly say something like this can simply devolve into a multi-media melee.
