Maybe they're scared, one of you said there are at least 20 - 30 opposers. I looked at the member count. 124 of us.

Some of those are spambots. I IP-banned them, but didn't delete them. (I don't know if IP bans die if you delete the account and I didn't want to take chances.)

I highly suspect there's more of them that that. Joe recieved nearly 100 letters, which admittedly could have been just several letters per person but... I dunno, I doubt it.
They sometimes say, "the place where I am right now was circled on a map for me"... Unfortunately, I kind of suck at orienteering.

During the war of 1812 the British army enlisted the help of natives, they dressed them up to make the US army think that they have bigger numbers. I believe most of the people sending the letters were just paid to write something threatening not knowing where they'd be sent, so that they would make Joe think there's a lot when they could be just a handful. Just a hypothesis I could be wrong.

Huh, that's actually a good hypothesis. Oreven just changing their handwriting to make it look like they were different people.

That said, no matter how few of them they are I think they still present a rather dire threat.
