Okay, submitted my story. It kind of uses the slumber party approach, but is less silly than that implies.

I'm not sure I'll do it... Unless there is still time when I get up.
Just in case I don't, I'll leave an idea I intended to use: Psi should totally Take her For Granite, having summoned her own head. How ironic. :gurt:

If you think about it, Psi is actually overpowered as hell. :D

So, the deadline is soon, right? It's been abut 72 hours since Gurt's post.

I would imagine so, can't be much longer to go (are they taking into account time zones or would that not actually make any difference?)

I think we've got just under seven hours left, if I remember the time zoning of the forum correctly.

Sigh. Now I wish I hadn't gone so fast with my own and spent more time... then again if I HAD spent more time I would've ended up ripping it to shreds and hating it and just not bothering to send it off, and I'm sure it's better to send than not to send.

Well, if I am still to write it, now is the time... But I'm not sure how much time I have - I got confused by the timezones. =/ Wouldn't want to start and not make it. :?

About 6-7 hours, give or take. However, I have to call bail, 'cause I have, of all things, writer's block. *sigh* Life just doesn't like me.
The voices in my head tell me that we saved the world. However, they also told me that George Clooney's face is on the dollar bill, so... meh. The voices are more fun, anyway.

Well next time I will be more prepared and do some more research before writing. I like this part of the proceedings though, since I feel like I'm actually contributing.

I'll throw together something ASAP as soon as I get home from piano lessons. Hopefully it will make it in on time.

I've just sent mine. Not one of my best works. I really wish I was more familiar with the characters and the way the meta-world works. But what's done is done.
If everyone would just agree with me, there would never be any problems.

Yeah, those were my chief concerns too. I'm also not sure I got the voice of the character (or indeed the full extent of his powers) since I just gave Psi's origins a quick read through. Oh well, at least we have some entries!

Wait, so are Psi and Angel actually characters from a book because I swear I couldn't find anything when I tried to look them up. Or are they orginal characters?

The latter, they were created very early on in the ARG by the forum members, as guardians protecting the Wall from fictional incursion. You can read about them all here: https://drive.google.com/#folders/0B_g7 ... UxMU2pQZzQ

Original characters made for the ARG by players.

We should have that link posted in the useful links topic, if it isn't already. I know it took me a while to find it.

Nope, it appears I won't write it after all. I've spent my time on nonsense and Mr. Administrator haiku, and I have to sleep sometimes. =(
Also, I'm probably scared of not living up to my own expectations after the first story. :?

Writing as fast as I can Gurt.

Guys, need to know NOW. Who wrote the original Psi story, and what the hell does that mask do? Please answer fast so I can factor that in.

No clue. I'd completely forgot about the mask when I wrote my story, so a bit of discontinuity would occur if my story is chosen. Oh well. Sorry I couldn't be more help.

I forgot about the mask till just now, and now I'm freaking out. I thought of all this stuff that I could use, but I never considered the mask!

Anyone remember at all who wrote these? I'm going to check the timeline to see if it says anything.
