Hey. I'm new here and it seems no one else has mentioned it, so here I go: Is there any confirmation on the identity of the girl in the white fancy dress who appeared in the subway station? It was one of the clips in Average Joe's videos awhile back.
I'm sorry if there is already a thread dedicated to this. If there is, maybe a mod could just come by and delete this?

According to most people, it's Cinderella. She has yet to come here.

Yes, if you look closely I believe she even left a slipper on the metro staircase, didn't she?
Shame there was no clock to tell us if it was midnight or something, knowing useful narrative conventions like that are still in play would... help.

Oh my. If she is stuck here without her fairy godmothers help... Is there anyway to contact her somehow?

Let's just wait. There is nothing we can do now.

Well every time we've tried to get too communicative with the others something has happened to block our paths - Poirot and Holmes are basically on the run, now, so I'm not sure it's possible, or if she'd even want to be contacted...
Hopefully she'll be fine. Let's just keep our eyes open.

Well, Joe confirmed that she was Cinderella and he said that the video sender was from NY. Maybe the fairies from the sparkling guy video were somehow related?

If it's Cinderella, then you won't be able to find her, Judging by the time that video was shot. IT seems though it was midnight, much like the story, so odds are aside from the slippers, her dress and clothes have turned to normal rags. In NYC she could just be mistaken for another homless woman.

...Oh, damn it, now I' going to be worrying about a fictional character lost in New York City... at least in her world she was guaranteed a happy ending.

...Well that's depressing.

I'm just saying how big the haystack is for this particular needle. There could be a way to find her. Same way as the story, she lost one, but she keeps the other close by. Just find a woman in rags with a glass shoe.

If she is in a homeless woman's position, what would she do? Would she try to find a job as a housekeeper? It seems likely, but I can't imagine she'd want to continue doing the same thing her stepmother and stepsisters had her doing.

Actually that is a possibility, judging by her character type, she is patient and helpful. She put up with her stepsiblings since she was a little girl. She seems the type that would push someone out of the way of a moving carriage.

Being the optimist that I am (sarcasm), I'd more expect her to get drugged and raped. With her Plot Armor, though, I believe we can assume she's safe.

George Carlin has a long speech on how not wrong you are.

You guys just make me want to go to New York, find this poor girl and protect her.
Oooh, maybe she can pull a Giselle and have all the rats and pidgeons help her! Like an army!

If anyone goes to New York, look carefully at any homeless women you see. If she looks like the one in the video, ask her her name.
As well as that, try to see if she's put an ad in the New York Times or anything like that for a job.

That could work, but she'd have to be the disney Cinderella for that.
EDIT:

Don't forget about the slipper

I'm pretty sure any attempt to gain access to Cidnerella ourselves will be thwartedin some way (I'm suspicious right now, especially after Poirot and Holmes plots ran off so quickly, some GM out there is irked) but at the same time, if anybody spots somebody who may be her can we at LEAST see the woman gets some proper footwear? I mean she may be running around in New York with one glass/fur slipper...

It's unknown, Joe didn't tell us anything about "Sarah". Maybe he should ask her. Could somebody summon Joe here?
Like, "Joe, I summon thee!" =D

Is that what we're calling Cinderella now?

No, that's the person who sent Joe the video.
