If it's the former we've got just under three hours now to figure out what the code is :/

Also Vic. The pun is a bonus. It is a heads up. Don't be literal when dealing with the cat.

So, at about the time Cheshire was counting down toward, Mr. A posted that Morganna, or Morgan, as she preferred to be called, had entered the Chat. Now that begs the question, how does he know all these things? He's near omniscient. Was he like that in the book? This is just freaky.

Maybe he's a hacker.

The book didn't really portray him as knowing all that much, but it doesn't seem out of character, just unexpected. I want to know how the hell he gets his information.

Looks like the cat says we're in for a major backstab.

Plus he's confirmed that Silver has joined the Cabal, bringing their total up to five, and is hinting at MORE POIs that we "haven't met yet".

Meanwhile, I'm figuring out on the fly exactly how to talk to him to maximize information gleaned...

I've never seen anyone milking him that efficiently. You should have got yourself a twitter account sooner. ;)
Also, HOLYSHITYOUCANACTUALLYUNDERSTANDHIM. I'd like a translation when you're done. :P

I'm still collating. But thank you. Who'd have thought that Rhymes On A Dime could come in handy so much?

Oh, rhymes on a dime are fine some of the time. But talking with the cat, especially of rat, can be tricky indeed, as he's impossible to read.
In life, he suffered from a sense of unreality, as do many Englishmen.

The content is discussed in this thread. I am more interested in how in the hell did he tweet that. We know the wall is sealed. It's unlikely that he tweeted from beyond the wall, because it would require a corresponding refic (and a compelling one, too). I think he left instructions for someone.

...and that's where his army of polydactyl cats comes in.

More Tinfoil for you:
If he did leave instructions, does that mean that the polydactyl cats can access the internet like he could? ;)

You know what, forget that: Read Qara's refic for him again. She flat out gave him Reality Wrapper powers. I doubt that if he wanted to send messages to this side anyone could stop him. LONG LIVE THE CAT!

So the cat contacted the rebels from his story and told them to tweet that for him... He is still watching us and still knows EVERYTHING, I guess.
Normal people are the easiest to manipulate. Too smart and they have an annoying tendency to catch wind of your plans, too dumb and, in the words of a certain pirate, "You can never tell when they are about to do something incredibly...stupid."
