Is there a name on the plaque, or on one of the fish?

I think it's the fish. Otherwise he wouldn't give any more details.
So what's so special about that fish? I believe it's the upper one in the second column.

The name isn't ON the plaque, it merely holds a message to their "key". Get cracking hivemind.

No, the fish which swims TOWARDS the plaque is the key. Not the plaque itself.

It's pretty clear these riddles have turned into a different topic, can we maybe get this thread split from the "Twitter conversations" thread?

Yes, that's been kind of apparent, we just need someone to actually GO to that fish.

I think he is telling us to concentrate on the psychiatrist's cats. He also mentioned how the polydactyls are attractive.

Ooooh, that makes sense, I guess.

Kinda irritating that he's avoiding answering my question, but I should've seen that coming.

I'm thinking someone (but just ONE person) should tweet the psychiatrist with #meowmeowmeowhisshisspurrmeowpurr. But frame it in a way that doesn't seem weird.

You mean like "Hey, how're your cats doing #meowmeowmeowhisshisspurrmeowpurr?"
