I think it's a warning and not a task. It's missing the hashtag, and it's not clearly associated with anything we're doing or planning to do... We're the penguins and are about to be attacked. I don't really know how that would help... But could that be the meaning?
Could mean a character that dresses in black and white, or a character whos film is black and white.

Ok, I'm still catching up, but what's the riddle? It's hard to find it

What does the penguin see before the leopard seal eats him?

So the answer was shadow, and what else?

The main hint we have right now is, in response to Isla's guess of "shadow":
@AVeryMadCat wrote::D @AVermillionFox Yes, yes! What would that give you, if the ice wasn't clear enough to make a clear shape?
The two guesses I'm currently fond of (that other people have already guessed) are "foreshadow" and "phantom". I guess "blob" would also be accurate, but questionably relevant.

Maybe the answer of the riddle involves a pun?
What if the answer to the riddle is "Phantom of the "Orr"-pera?"
"Orr" is the sound a seal makes.

I will hate him forever if it's a pun.

He's the Cheshire Cat! He likes wordplay! A pun would seem normal!

He only said we needed another word for shadow. And he's been quiet for a while. :/
(Please let it be a pun)

I guess phantom wasn't correct then.

I don't have twitter, or I'd ask myself.
