Somehow, I don't think that's what we should be focusing on right now.

Do you think the Cat was trying to do something beyond trolling?

...Knowing the Cat, not really.

I'd say it was likely, we'll have to go through what he actually said, that appeared like mad ramblings and trolling.
Because knowing him there's probably something of note in it...

well,
A) made me laugh
B) pissed off the cabal and pushed them into hiding
C) maybe made the cabal more likely to try something

there were more smilies than anything in the chat, so unless the cat was trying to communicate to US, which seems unlikely because we're right here, or to the cabal, which I don't think he'd do.

EDIT:
I think we should explore every angle. even the unlikely ones.

I just left for supper, but now it looks like something happened, but I can't figure out what. What happened?

I think he might have been trying to impersonate random fictionals-- partly to conceal his identity, partly to see how they'd react.

That does, but how was it found?

I could just be over thinking.
But what are the chances there is a code or something in this?

LOOK BEYOND THAT WHICH YOU SEE
EVEN THOSE BORN WITH EYES CLOSED CAN SEE MORE CLEARLY
FOR THOSE WITHOUT VISION WILL LIVE IN BRIGHTER DARKNESS
ENOUGH TO MAKE MADDER MEN WITH MORE METTLE

It's the all caps, and "look beyond that which you see" that made me wonder.

That does, but how was it found?

The Cat gave us another #RiddleTime, and revealed to us the URL as a prize.

I was there for the riddle, but left before the reward. I didn't see the URL show up in my feed, yet people were talking about a chat that I couldn't find, so I was confused.

Mr. A is as blind to the issue as the rest of us?
we're making wild stabs in the dark?

I feel like the all-caps is signalling that he refers to Mr. A, yes.
But I can't make much sense of it.

This line's pretty interesting. "Making men" could refer to Adam. Or a suggestion that Mr. A (or the GMs) are going to crank things up a little...

perhaps we need to find out more about Mr. A
ugh, this cat and his riddles....

its the last two lines that throw me, they make absolutely no sense. X(

Basically...
Clearly we should put our heads together, because the last two lines are the only ones that say anything to me.

"For those without vision will live in brighter darkness"-- Something about Mr. A.
He is "without vision"-- either a dig at him missing something obvious (if so, what?), or a description on the basis that he can't create fiction (creativity = vision).
"Brighter darkness" = his white void. Perhaps pointing out that we shouldn't trust Mr A, since he'll still be around no matter what?

"Enough to make madder men with more mettle"-- Again, this could just be a reference to Adam, or making us have "more mettle" by making stuff get crazier in the game.
Or it could be something about the instantiations-- making a more forthright/daring instantiation, perhaps? Or something about a "madder" instantiation-- one gone rogue? (I don't like this theory-- it goes against what *I* consider to be the parameters of the game-- but still worth putting out there)
Or he's saying that Mr. A. should try being "madder" (i.e., more like the Cat), and having more mettle.

Maybe if he was talking about Mr. A, he meant the idea that Mr. A always has more instantiations? Thus "Making men" (Or they appear to be men anyway)?

Not sure what it would have to do with anything though...

Or that the white void will still exist even if our reality falls.
and that last line makes me think that the void is enough to make totally awesome crazy people? idk, there's something weird about the phrasing of that last line...

i took "make" to mean more like "be a cause of" than a creation type of thing.

One more thing: If we are supposed to reallly read into this. Why did the cat have to say it in front of the cabal?
if it's so important, than why not share it over some other medium?

I was just attempting to test whether the users were actually logged in on that page, or if the chat was being streamed to that page from another location...
